Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the PlastiPrintWorks website and to purchases made from PlastiPrintWorks.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

Throughout these Terms, “PlastiPrintWorks”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PlastiPrintWorks. “You” and “customer” refer to the person using our website or purchasing our products or services.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Our Products and Services

PlastiPrintWorks supplies standard products alongside custom and bespoke manufacturing services.

Our capabilities may include:

  • FDM 3D printing

  • Resin 3D printing

  • Custom part manufacturing

  • 3D scanning

  • Laser engraving and cutting

  • CNC and related manufacturing services

Availability of individual services may vary.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Because of differences between displays, lighting and manufacturing processes, colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown online.

Minor variations inherent to the manufacturing process do not necessarily constitute a defect, provided the product remains of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for its intended purpose.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods or services.

You are responsible for checking your order details before submitting your order, including:

  • Product selected

  • Model or compatibility

  • Quantity

  • Colour

  • Customisation

  • Delivery address

  • Files, dimensions and specifications supplied for custom work

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • We cannot reasonably manufacture the requested item

  • The requested work may be unlawful or infringe another person's rights

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no amount is legitimately due for work already supplied, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

Any obvious pricing error may be corrected. If an affected order has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

5. Standard Products

Standard products are products offered generally for sale through our website and which have not been manufactured or personalised specifically to an individual customer's bespoke requirements.

Your statutory rights apply to these products.

Where applicable to a distance sale, customers may also have the right to cancel an order within the cancellation period provided by UK consumer law.

Further information is provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Custom, Bespoke and Personalised Products

We offer products manufactured specifically to customer requirements.

Examples may include:

  • Products manufactured from customer-supplied STL, STEP or other design files

  • Parts manufactured to customer-specified dimensions

  • Bespoke designs

  • Personalised products

  • Products altered or customised specifically at the customer's request

Genuinely bespoke or personalised products may not carry the same change-of-mind cancellation rights as standard products.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a custom product is faulty, not as described or has not been manufactured according to the agreed specification.

7. Customer-Supplied Files and Specifications

For custom manufacturing, you are responsible for checking that the information you provide is accurate.

This includes, where applicable:

  • STL, STEP and other design files

  • Measurements

  • Dimensions

  • Scale

  • Tolerances

  • Material requirements

  • Colour requirements

  • Intended application

  • Compatibility information

  • Other specifications supplied to us

We will manufacture custom products according to the information and specifications agreed with you.

If a product has been manufactured correctly according to a customer-supplied file or agreed specification, we will not normally be responsible where the underlying customer-supplied design, dimensions or information were incorrect.

This does not exclude responsibility for manufacturing errors made by PlastiPrintWorks or any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Quotations for Custom Manufacturing

Custom manufacturing requests may require review before we provide a price.

Submitting a file or Custom 3D Print Request does not itself require you to purchase the product.

Where appropriate, we will review the request and provide a quotation or request additional information.

A quotation may include:

  • Manufacturing cost

  • Materials

  • Design or preparation work

  • Finishing

  • Delivery

  • Estimated lead time

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is based on the information available to us at the time.

If the specification changes, we may provide a revised quotation before continuing.

9. Manufacturing and Lead Times

Many PlastiPrintWorks products are manufactured or finished to order.

Estimated manufacturing, processing and delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary depending on factors such as workload, material availability and the complexity of custom work.

Most standard orders are normally prepared for dispatch within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

Where a specific completion date is important, please contact us before ordering.

10. Delivery

Delivery methods, estimated times and available destinations are described in our Shipping Policy and/or displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate delivery address.

Risk in goods supplied to consumers will pass in accordance with applicable UK law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer delivery risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by law.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by authorities in their destination country.

11. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product purchased.

Eligible standard products purchased online may carry a statutory right to cancel.

Custom, bespoke or personalised products manufactured specifically to customer requirements may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Full details are provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Returns Policy limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

12. Faulty Products and Consumer Rights

Products supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.

This includes requirements that goods are, where applicable:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for their intended purpose

  • As described

If you believe that a product is faulty, incorrectly manufactured, damaged or not as described, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

13. Product Compatibility

Some PlastiPrintWorks products are designed to fit particular products, models or variants.

Customers should check the compatibility information contained within the relevant product listing before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your particular model, please contact us before placing your order.

Where you ask us to confirm compatibility and provide us with the necessary accurate information, we will take reasonable care when advising you.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created by PlastiPrintWorks for our website, including original text, photographs, graphics, branding and original product designs, remains the intellectual property of PlastiPrintWorks or the relevant rights holder.

You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our protected content without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party product names and trademarks used on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands or products are used where appropriate to describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

15. Customer-Supplied Intellectual Property

By supplying us with a design, model, logo, image or other material for custom manufacturing, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission for us to use that material for the purpose of completing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse manufacturing work where we reasonably believe that producing the requested item would:

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Be unlawful

  • Breach applicable regulations

  • Otherwise expose PlastiPrintWorks to unreasonable legal risk

16. Acceptable Custom Manufacturing Requests

We reserve the right to refuse a custom manufacturing request where we reasonably consider the requested item inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or outside our manufacturing capabilities.

If an order cannot be accepted, we will inform the customer and, where appropriate, refund payments relating to goods or services that will not be supplied.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or change parts of the website for maintenance, security, updates or other reasonable operational purposes.

We may update product information, availability and website content when necessary.

18. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as:

  • Payment processing

  • Website hosting

  • Delivery

  • File uploading

  • Analytics

  • Customer communications

Use of some third-party services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.

Our store is hosted using Shopify, but purchases from PlastiPrintWorks are contracts between you and PlastiPrintWorks rather than Shopify.

19. Reviews and Customer Content

Customers may be able to submit reviews, photographs or other feedback.

You must not knowingly submit content that:

  • Is false or misleading

  • Is unlawful

  • Infringes another person's intellectual property

  • Contains malicious software

  • Unlawfully discloses another person's personal information

Where you give us permission to use a review, photograph or testimonial for promotional purposes, we may display that content on our website or marketing materials subject to applicable law.

20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights

  • Any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or restricted

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we do not exclude responsibility for losses arising from our breach of contract where those losses were reasonably foreseeable.

Different rules may apply where products or services are purchased wholly for business purposes.

21. Privacy and Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate our website and fulfil orders, including Shopify, payment providers and delivery companies.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.

The Terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when that order is placed.

The latest version will be available on our website.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and contracts between PlastiPrintWorks and customers are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

For customers in England and Wales, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer living elsewhere in the UK of any mandatory protections or rights available to them under applicable law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable product information, quotation, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the terms governing your purchase from PlastiPrintWorks.

Nothing in this section excludes any representation or right which cannot legally be excluded.
