Processing Times

Many PlastiPrintWorks products are manufactured or finished to order.

We aim to manufacture, prepare and dispatch most orders within 2–5 working days.

Custom manufacturing requests may take longer depending on the size and complexity of the part, material requirements and current production workload. Where appropriate, an estimated lead time will be agreed before manufacture begins.

UK Delivery

UK orders are dispatched using an appropriate postal or courier service based on the size and value of the order.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after dispatch and do not include manufacturing or processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, any tracking information available will be provided.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and local customs procedures.

Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

PlastiPrintWorks cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you notice a mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
